This public presentation of the Presbytery Mosaics in the Basilica di San Donato on Murano is hosted by the parish of San Donato and will take place in conjunction with the annual celebration of the anniversary of the church’s founding, following a special Sunday Mass led by the Patriarch of Venice, S.E.R. Mons. Francesco Moraglia. Mass begins at 10:30 AM with the presentation immediately following. Institutional greetings will be given in Italian by representatives from the Catholic Diocese of Venice, the Venice branch of the Italian Ministry of Culture, and Venice Director Melissa Conn will speak on behalf of Save Venice.
