Four luminaries from Boston’s Early Music scene join forces for “Venice in Winter”, a unique evening of music, conversation, and fine dining. Performers Sophie Michaux, Catherine Liddell, Laura Jeppesen, and Benjamin Katz present music from Venice in a series of intimate settings. The program features works by Monteverdi, Strozzi, Frescobaldi, and Vivaldi.
Proceeds will go toward the restoration of a 16th-century Venetian virginal (harpsichord) housed at the Giorgio Cini Foundation, Venice and to further the mission of Save Venice.
